My normal game disappeared, I can't reconnect and its not in my match history?!?!?!?!

So while in a normal game my game said attempting to reconnect (this also happened to my duo who was in game as well) we both left the game and both of us could start a game again and this past game wasn't in our match history. The game could not have ended in the 30 seconds we left the game. Is this happening to anyone else?????
