Any other North America players having issues with Chat and game crashing? after the 6.7 patch?

Is this a server issue? I have found no fix after the 6.7 patch for my problem When I log on to League of Legends sometime it will pop up _Connection Failure: Unable to connect to the server. Information regarding what may have caused this error can be found "here". _ The link "here" will be highlighted in blue but will not work no matter how many times I click on it.
so I close out the program and reopen it a few minutes later with no problem logging on, however I will have to reconnect to chat at lower part of the screen every time. After that everything will work fine, I can chose any game mode, talk to other players, and select champs however once I lock-in and the loading screen starts I suddenly get a error screen stating " Game has crashed" ( this is before I see the champion selection of both teams) Sometime it will come right back after reconnecting sometimes It just will not reconnect to the game. my Ping will be in the 60range all game no %%%%%s and no lagging.

I have re-downloaded LOL - did not work I have ran a Patch repair - did not work I have shut down all Firewalls - did not work I have used other computers including mine at other houses close by under different internet companies - did not work

Other games on my Desktop and laptop work fine such as Dota2, Pok'emon world online, ESO, ect.. I have never had an issue out of "LOL" until the 6.7 patch. So If there is no fix then, I would like a refund on my account and would like to be done this. Is there anyone out there with the same problem?
