Xerath PBE bug

So this bug affects only Xerath's Q on PBE and makes the skill unbearable to use. If the spell is used instantly with not holding of the Q for additional range the spell has no ability to be aimed. The Q will simply be shot downward and slightly to the left of the character regardless of where the cursor is. In addition to this the Q has cannot be snap around at the final moments before releasing the skill in order to aim it. In this case the Q will be shot to the place before the player tries to snap aim. I discovered this bug on PBE while playing ARURF and it is simply unplayable at that point.
