Leaver Buster + Infinite Scanning Files glitch = almost banned

Sometimes i hate AI banning systems... because of a glitch riot has yet to deal with, i'm on my last straw before i get banned... I was just playing an ARAM with friends when 2 of us crashed and one dced... the two of us who crashed got the checking files glitch and both of us had to uninstall and re install. I hope if this ever happens again and i can show proof that it is Riots fault for not fixing the patch issues, any bans occurring can be reverse able... It is dumb to be banned because of riots inability to fix a problem the community has complained on the forums about for quite some time from the three recent patches... I have devoted way to much in LoL in my opnion, (over 54 days of gametime) and dont want that all for nothing... Please riot, fix this before someone does get unfairly banned.
