BUG: Smite broken pls fix!

So, as playing Tryndamere in a recent game. I was using my ultimate, and while under the effects of my ultimate (Tryndamere's ultimate 'Undying Rage' giving him full immunity to any damage that would put him under 1 hp) their jungler WW used smite on me (Being able to do so by purchasing one of the new items allowing players to smite other champions) and killed me!

After him finding this out, he of course exploited the bug the entire game making my ultimate a useless skill. Leaving for an under-powered champion. Please fix this bug, I wouldn't be surprised if the other champions in that game go on to use this bug to kill Tryndamere players all around the rift!
