KASSADIN E BUG [GAMEPLAY]

The quote below taken from another thread basically sums up the bug. It is potentially game breaking as I've missed countless amount of E's as a result of this. If you immediately press E after using RIft Walk, the bug will happen, which I guess would mean it has a 100% reproduction rate. Anyway, read below.
