4 Remakes in one Afternoon

I'm not sure if this is an ISP thing and I've just had the misfortune of being paired with a number of players with the same ISP having troubles or if it is perhaps a Riot server thing or what, but I've had 4 remakes in one day, 2 on my side 2 on opposing, along with a number of players who have disconnected on loading for what they claim is the first time ever. Anyone else experiencing a high number of dc players at game start?
