[GAMEPLAY] Dark Harvest buged damage

I ve played this morning with the new dark harvest. I did 3 games and the bug was there every time. Please look at the picture linked. It is said that each stack add 8 pemanent damage , and when i checked i had 26 stacks. with some quick maths u can say that it should add 208 damage ( in red ) but it only add 130 damage....

I dont know if it s a visual bug or a real bug, but it is confusing !

The rune was hotfixed to 5 damage per soul and a lower base damage the tooltips cannot be changed until a patch please check surrender at 20 for context.
