I CANT PLAY HEXAKILL!!

When i play a game in hexakill i get a blackscreen after a minute and cant do anything and then get a leave buster. Riot please help me and why do i get one?? I just want to play. If you get remove the leave buster then my ingame name is VortexEmpire
