Rune Store is frustrating me

Everytime I open up the store and go to runes it won't open at all. When it does I click to buy runes and it freezes and won't purchase them. This has been going on for about a week and it is still not working. I relogged and restarted my computer and it still won't load. If I'm The only one thats having this someone pls help me.
