Runes bug

So I bought 2 AS quint runes today, but it doesn't show up and my IP is still the same. Then I bought 2 AS quint again, now my IP goes from 9k to 5k. After a relog, it shows I have 4 AS quint rune instead of 2. Please fix this immediately, thank you.

Best way to fix your problem is to open a ticket by clicking the support button on the top right of this page, then click on "billing & store" and then submit a request. GL
