From crash to a corrupted League

Just occurred during a ranked game, playing Shaco and I jump over the wall to steal dragon. After I smited the dragon the game just exited and I had to relaunch the client. Then it shows the following message "Sorry! We've detected some possible data corruption in your installation. Would you like to repair affected files?" and now it's like it's reinstalling the whole client. Would love some help or feedback. Thanks.
