{Client} While watching a video from the client in full screen and a match is found

This bug happens when I watch a video from the Client in full screen and a match has been found in ARAM. I select to "accept" the match. The Accept/Decline window hollows out to a blacked out window and the video that was playing blacks out. It doesn't let me go to character select and when I try to exit is says I will take a penalty.

So without any other options I left to be hit with a 15 min penalty. I don't want to get hit with another penalty so I will not go back for a screenshot.

I don't want others to be hit by this either. Any insights on the matter?
