champ select lag bug?

I just noticed this in champ select, whenever I change mastery or summon spell. It tell me that I got timed out in connection but i still remain online, my summon spell and mastery seem remain same wont change at all. also recently when i spam try to change the mastery/rune/summon spell, i noticed other 4 is "exit game" but they are still inside champ select. that make me wonder what is cause of this?

This just happened to me in my promo match I was stuck at champ select so relogged and game already started for like 5 mins and was behind. Almost was able to recover but the amount of time out of lane was SOO much that my lane enemy won the game for his team and i was lagging behind all game.
