Sightstone charges bug [IN GAME]

While in game as Thresh support, my Sightstone would not get new charges after backing. I believe I triggered the bug while buying another item and undoing that in the shop. Bug was fixed when I sold my Sightstone and then undid that action. Sorry I don't have many more details about what triggered it but I could find the replay if that is helpful.
