Game isnt loading need help

So i log into league and queue up, find a game, pick my champ and all that is fine. As soon as it tries to load into the champion portrait screen before the game i only get a black screen. The champion portraits never come up and it doesnt let me into the game. Ive tried turning my computer on and off, resetting it, uninstalling league and reinstalling it. Nothing works please help.
