Account Region Transfer Deleted my account

So after transferring my account region, my account disappeared. I see countless cases of this online, but none of them have a solution in the end (which worries me). I sent a ticket from this account because I couldn't login to send a ticket on my account that has the issue. The account display name was hobbiv4 on EUW and I tried transferring it to NA. Now on EUW it says my account has transferred to another region when I try logging on. On NA, it says invalid username or password.

What is the solution? This is a worrying situation. When I click forgot username/password information, I don't get the emails (but I have the verified email address). If you could help me by ensuring that you send a reset username/password link to the verified email of the account( like the system should, but there is a bug in the system evidently) then that would help me a lot.

Even if you could rewind time on the transfer, I'll play on high ping if I need to but this is quite ridiculous.

From all of the posts I've read on this situation I've deduced it down to a couple different possible reasons for the occurrence: 1) Something to do with having the account verified to the same email address as another league account. 2) The username/login name had to change when transferring servers and I didn't get the notification of what it was changed to. It could entirely be something else, but these are some of the things I picked up on with the other people starting posts about these types of situations. Unfortunately none of the other posts had someone check back in with a solution. Is there even a solution?

I sent a ticket using this account (for what WAS display name hobbiv4 on EUW) since I can't login to send tickets on the account itself. Please, please, please help me find a solution here, people. It would mean the world to me - thanks.
