[LOADING] Critical Error before even showing loading portraits.

Over the past few weeks I have been getting critical errors on loads; Ive tried turning it off and on, turning off fire wall, etc. Ive repaired the client, ive repaired the client through client side options menu. I can play on my account from an alternative PC. I previously fixed by uninstalling the game and had no problems for about a week.
