Xin Zhao Knock up not working.

I were playing ranked when i started wondering why garen could kill me so easly And then i noticed that the third attck with q active werent working This dosent work on minions or jungle creeps. It made me really mad that i had to deal with it and even lose LP because of it Without the bug i would have won the lane easly and might won the game

If possible pleass give the LP back when i dont think it's fair playing on a broken champ. ##NotFunToLoseBecauseOfRito
