New client not shoing que pops

So I'm having an issue when i Que up either it doesn't show that a game has been found and says that i failed to accept it or i get into the match and when it comes time to pick champs it freezes on the first pick until i close the clients and says that i have dodged the Que...... considering that I'm playing ranked this is a huge issue for me..... IDK what to do please riot.....help me.
