Disconnected from a game, due to PC issue, can't reconnect

I disconnected from a game due to pc reasons, I was afk for a few minutes, but when I was finally able to log back into the client...It says "Game is Still in Progress" with no option to reconnect. I sincerely hope I will not be issued a penalty, as I cannot reconnect...

If something like this happens, open up your task manager and find the client's game and shut it down. Then reconnect.
