Craft Failed, token taken but no crafted item

I spent 200 tokens to craft a mecha orb. I got a message saying craft failed. Then I realize the tokens were taken from my loot but no orb is being added. I just spent 200 tokens and got nothing. Please look into this thanks.

Relog? If nothing, contact support, they should have a transaction history.
