I don't have all my BE

So I was really eager to get on and check out how many new champions I could buy after the change from IP to BE but it seems I didn't get it all. I opened up league and it told me I had 11k+ but when I went to the loot center it told me I had a total of 41k+ yet it still won't show up when I go to the store. Is this happening to anyone else?

yes this happened to me to also when I win a game I got get any IP or BE

You get mission to play 1 game. The reward is all the BE you're supposed to get
