Lag in LOL

I really dont know but since the 8.16 update im getting big fps drops from 250 frames per second to 10/5/15/20. I have already tryed all solutions on boards but sill i get this problem, all my drivers are atualized i dont have an virus or anyhing related i could use some help, thank you! I have windows 10 btw
