Several weeks ago, while queued for ARAM, I tried to open a Masterworks Hextech Chest. Upon opening the box the queue for ARAM opened and after the match I lost my key, my cube and there was no new loot listed.

Normally this isn't the sort of thing I'd complain about but I DID pay for the masterworks chest AND after reporting the bug twice and waiting close to a month I'm getting really annoyed.

Please somebody from RIOT do something for me. you guys make some good money and I'm begging of you to give me some sort of priority, I spent good hard earned money on this stuff and I've waited long enough for a response. summoner 3

Hello there, I think I can help.

You made a mistake in understanding. This is Report a Bug, as described in the text around here, it's not customer service desk, it's a drop off bin for collection of formal reports of bugs. You go here if an item is not working on one champion's ability, you do not go here for a response to a personal issue on your acccount.

What you want to do is create a ticket with Support.
