[Client] resets timer

When you're in the leave buster timer and you get into a game and that game gets disband the timer goes back to 20 minutes

1. wait in low priority queue
2. get in champ select, game gets disband
3. have to wait another 20 minutes to get in queue again

This has happened twice in 2 games/queue
