my client is having issues updating
when i try to play on my laptop it says unspecified error occurred. please check the logs for more informations. how do i fix this??? plz.

You could have an issue with the original installation, so a fresh install might fix it. If the bug is happening right now, it could be because riot is having server issues and game stability is extremely low. So it is possible that they aren't letting people patch/update while trying to fix whatever is happening. Just keep an eye on server status and when it is resolved try then. If it doesn't patch then, try a fresh install.
