Kog'maw bot in custom game
Attached problem, also there were asterisks in front of his name when I chose him as the AI's champ. in game he is "game_bot_Kog'Maw"

Same problem when playing against bots. His name in the champion select is **Kog'Maw, and in game shown as game_character_displayname_Kogmaw.
