Me along with a couple other redditors have not recieved our red buff's capsule and are wondering if there is a potential solution or answer for why, from what I understand we all recieved the twitch prime loot on release back 1 month ago.
I'm having the same issue. Everything says it's still linked properly, but the capsule just hasn't shown up
If you're sure you should have received it, I'd recommend submitting a support ticket as they might be able to help you.
I would provide as much evidence indicating that you should have the capsule and hope for the best. :S
