fix your damn queing system!

add a kick button first of all that way if someone trolls in champ select we can unanimously vote them out, and I swear to god riot im a decent player and can carry most game but you constantly put me with team mates that totally feed the entire game and I get brought down because im placed with unskilled teammates. fix this now or I swear this is a real threat I will find your na server house and blow it the fuck up!
