[Client] Chests not resetting correctly

I have noticed that when I get an S (on a champion that I have not received and S with) but all my chests are unavailable, every chest after that point always is six days until available.

Basically I can only unlock one chest a week because I have won multiple S's with champions that have not unlocked a chest. Is this by design? I feel like, if I get 5 chests in one day, all five will unlock at the same time as opposed to once every week.
