game crash

so i never had this problem before until 2 days ago, and it has occurred a couple of times.

In the game, after I defeat the enemy team. I can't go back to the lobby, my game stuck at that victory screen, when press CTRL+ ALT+ DEL to open task manager, i see there is a error window under my task manager, and I can't F4 to exit the game, I can't use the task manager to close the game, nor to switch back to my desk, basically i stuck at the victory screen and i couldn't do anything besides restart my computer . this is really frustrating
