League of Legends Loading Screen Bug

Hello Riot games,, can you please investigate and remove the leaverbuster penalty on my account ...it was due to the server bug that i cant connect to the game and i tried connecting like 3 times...its not my fault your server woundnt let me connect to the game.. now i cant play the game cause i have to wait 20 minutes Q per game. Please do investigate my account cause i didnt do afk on purpose it was the server bug's fault...and please remove my LeverBuster Penalty
