My Client is Dumb...

Recently, for no reason, every time I open League, it takes forever for it to load, and when it does, the home screen is stuck on loading, my friend's list sometimes works, my profile picture and level doesn't show. Then the only way to make it work is to wait around 5 mins and then I can click play, (previously being grey and 'unable to create lobby'). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and the same problem, tried different acc same thing, pls help, idk if this is where I'm supposed to do this, I'm new, I'm scared, and I want to play league but riot isn't letting me.
