I can't open a support ticket on the website

I cant get to open a ticket on the support website. I go to the link above,select "technical issues" and it says "You must be logged in before you can submit this type of ticket."

I am logged in. Currently logged in to EU WEST otherwise I could not post this message.

It gives me a button to login. It does nothing.

My game is crashing every time in the first ten minutes and I am not alone when I read through these boards and I cannot get help with it.

Please help.
