[Client]Trouble Logging In and Play button unavailable.

Tried Logging Onto the game and entered in my info, for it to give me authentication error. kept giving me the error till my fifth attempt where it took a lot longer to launch the client roughly 30secs to 1min. then shows the client but the play button is grayed out and says error code 18. Restarted PC and the process of the authentication error and error code 18 on play button still happened. did this process two more times still got the authentication error except the error only occurred once before going into the game. (Now The Play button is finally clickable.)
