Sated Devourer Description Does Not Match Reality
The devourer description says you get 5 stacks per epic monster kill when you actually get 3. You also become sated at 20 stacks instead of 30.

I just played devourer Kindred on All For One and it worked fine for me.
You do get 5 stacks, but the bonus damage isn't 100% of your stacks, it's 67% of them, which adds up to 20 at 30 stacks
