Gifting Problem(Real serious waste all my money)

My friend Gay Cow have promise me(Beatmez) to gift me the champion ,Riven, to me today,and when I log in ,it shows me that Gay Cow have gift me a malzahar ,and my friend is sure that he click on the riven icon,also have photo for prove.Second,my friend ,Blood lord bot,have also gift a void fizz skin to Gay Cow ,but also the skin become a champion,lissandra,I hope riot can solve this problem, and change the gift to the champion and skin selected originally by us back ,because this is totally unworthy to pay money for champion and skin,but giving us the things we don't want.Please solve this bug and give us the champ and skin we want.thank you very much,I ll totally appreciated if you really take action to solve this bug and repair for us!:)

I gifted my friends a mystery skin, The Magnificent Twisted Fate. She cannot see the splash art for it and when she selects the skin in a match she actually selects nothing and has to hope she is using it. Gifting has all sorts of problems. She gifted me Pink Taric but I got Frost Queen Janna instead.

I hope everyone have this problem and post their photo of the gifting history ,the one who gift and also the one who recieve the gift.In order to let riot know our problem and fix it for us and make our money spending worthly ;)
