[GAMEPLAY] Bug: Blue Buff Repeatedly Losing Patience

This happened in a game a few nights ago- Blue Buff kept resetting, due to losing patience despite no other damage source affecting the buff. This was a game-breaking bug, and despite plenty of resets the buff continued to lose patience every time I fought it.

I think a primary reason for this was the odd leash start, with the buff being moved towards the river and towards the edge of its leash range. Not sure how replicable this bug is, but it is massively impactful on the game.
