EUNE, the item used to have +50% base mana regen like frostfang does, is only 25% now without a notice in patch notes.

Weren't they going to nerf the whole Spellthief's line? Maybe that didn't work out on PBE so they reverted most the changes but forgot item 3092 ? Either that or they decided on nerfing only but forgot to include it in the patch notes.
