silver 5 promo series bug

I got to the series to promote to silver 5 so i need to win 3 of 5 games. I win the first 2,then the next day i lose 2 and i get a message that i lost the series and i got to 90 pcts. I win next match and i get message that i got to series again. I lose next 2 matches and this time no message,i just got to 65 pcts.
