Loading into a game issue

When I try to load into any game I get a "Failed to Connect" error message box which says "Unable to connect to server". it has been going on two days now and I have not seen anything else talking about this issue. Does anyone know the fix or if this may be a bug of some sort?

Know that I can get to anything else and all the way through champ selections but can not load after the selections are complete. Even if I create a game with just me and a bot it will not load me into the map. I have never had an issue until now.
