Dragon Trainer Heimerdinger visual bug for everyone in the players team

Hello, I’ve noticed that when the game starts and while you are under effect Homestart (which is effect that will increase your movement speed when the game starts and it’s effect that keeps refreshing for the first 55 seconds if you stay in fountain) and have Dragon Trainer Heimerdinger skin equipped and you will press ctrl+2 on keyboard and then command to move, you and your teammates will start seeing this weird particles all around their screens. You can also spam this and make your and all of your allies screen glitching like this for 1 minute straight if you stay in fountain and it’s just ridiculous.(it’s in the game since release of the skin which was over 1 YEAR AGO.)
