Malzahar's Malefic Vision Bug

Hey guys, this patch I noticed that Malzahar's E sound is bugged (atleast on my side). When you infect someone with E, the sound during it isn't playing for me. Is anyone having the same problem or is it just on my side? I tried reinstalling it and it didn't work.

Having the same problem.

Luckily it didn't really mess me up today because I memorized the timing on it but I still want the sound back...
