Soraka laged and can't play her

so this is kidna like a bug cuz it is a bug so

the bug is that I bought soraka and then I closed out league to eat and do my homework 10 min later I got back on and when I selected soraka in team builder the champ doesn't appear and then when I closed and open league again it had it BUT then when I got my runes and masteries and clicked on search for teams AND THEN it said something like INVALID_CHAMPION_SECTION.... so pls help me to fix this plsssssss
