[Gameplay] [Ascension] My champ disappeared from the game

well i just played this ascension game and my champ just straight up disapeared at the start. i was gone from the map and nobody could see me. i could still buy items and kinda ghost around the spawn platform, but nothing else. reconnecting wouldn't fix it.

at the start of the game, my trinket was 10 seconds behind everyone else's. it was still on cooldown when they were teleporting off the platform. and then right after i die, it looks like the teleport animation plays again. i show up again on the spawn platform for a split second (0:12 on the video), and then. . . nowhere.
