Promo Series bug miss reports one loss as two.

I won 3 ranked games in a row, and then I lost one. But when the game reported it, it shows that in my promos I have 2 wins, and 2 losses, and only one game left in my promos. This is in error. There is no mathematical way that i could have that kind of Promo outcome, and to boot, the match history only shows 1 loss in ranked, and 3 ranked wins before that, so what ever system reported the results to the promos, it had a bug and reported it wrong. Pls fix this! Riot, I can show you screenshots.
