[SPECTATOR CLIENT] Scoreboard doesn't show all 5 players

Re-installed Windows 10, with LoL installed in a different SSD. After Windows installation, I had a problem with PlaysTV where it wouldn't pick up LoL and found a solution that told me to re-install LoL, so I did that and that fixed it. After that re-installation was when I started to get this scoreboard problem. Re-installed LoL one more time, didn't fix it. I've also tried repairing client, didn't work.

I have this issue as well. Seems to be an issue with HUD scaling. If you adjust your HUD Scale setting in the Interface options to 100, you can properly see all 5 players. Seems like the icons aren't scaling to the right positions, so it's misaligned on the scoreboard.
