Level up Capsule not awarded

After I had finished a game I had leveled up to level 40 and the game had gave me the notification in the after match lobby that I had received a new level capsule. I exit out of that lobby and go to my loot section and nothing new is there for me. I tried logging out and logging back in and still nothing. I even waited a day thinking it would show up a little late possibly and still nothing.
