I suppose that this is clearly my fault for not completing it fast enough, but I've been taking my sweet time. I was at 6/7 this time, and I logged in today after work and... it's reset again.

It might be visual bug. It seemed reset for me too twice though no progress was lost. Only one game was ignored by all missions.
